About Me

Born in the humble town of La Fortuna, Habana, Cuba, Yanet Rios has always embodied resilience, discipline, and purpose. A graduate of the José Martí Institute of Economics, Yanet was recognized early on for her quick adaptability and sharp mind. However, it was a near-fatal car accident in 1999 that truly shaped her life’s mission. After being unable to walk for nearly two years, she emerged not only physically stronger but spiritually transformed. That experience ignited a powerful drive within her: to ensure that no one around her ever feels unimportant or undervalued, no matter their circumstances.

In 2005, Yanet relocated to Palm Beach County, Florida—where she has proudly called home ever since. Over the past two decades, she built a thriving career in operations and leadership, managing teams and overseeing business operations with a people-first philosophy. Her success stems from an unwavering commitment to integrity, excellence, and doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Yanet eventually discovered her true passion in real estate. Today, she is a full-time Realtor® who represents her clients with exceptional dedication, professionalism, and authenticity. Known for her fierce negotiation skills, transparent communication, and tireless advocacy, Yanet treats every transaction as if it were her own—delivering results while always preserving her core values. She is also well respected by colleagues for her strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and consistent professionalism.

Her leadership extends far beyond real estate. Yanet actively serves on multiple committees within her Board of Realtors and holds a seat on the Education Advisory Board for the Village of Royal Palm Beach. These roles allow her to stay informed on issues that impact both the real estate industry and her local community, giving her clients an edge and her neighbors a voice.

More than a successful professional, Yanet is a devoted wife to her husband Jose and a proud mother of five. In her free time, she finds joy in spontaneous road trips, beachside escapes, and quiet moments under the sky. She believes that true success lies not in titles or achievements, but in the lives we touch along the way.
