Set a Goal this Month: Get a New Designation from Women's Council
As you know, we’ve been running a promotion called the PMN Fast Track. It’s an easy and affordable way to get the designation before October 1st. We’ve seen our designee numbers grow during our promotions, which got us thinking about what it means to our members to be a Performance Management Network (PMN) Designee. As the Education Director, I can tell you about the special events, discounts and education opportunities available exclusively for our designees and candidates. These are great and on par with other associations, but you really need to hear from our designees about the referrals, camaraderie and opportunities that the network provides.
“I've been a Women's Council member for over 12 years. By going to the state and national meetings for over a decade, I've always been getting referrals from within and outside the state. However, when I received my PMN designation about 6 years ago, both the quantity and quality of the referral leads greatly increased. As a rainmaker, I'm always referring leads to our members around the country, but I always start with the members who have their PMN. I know I'm sending a valuable referral to a member who has the extra knowledge and experience from earning the designation.” Rory Dubin, PMN Exit Real Estate Gallery, Jacksonville, FL
“I joined Women’s Council Osceola 7 years ago. I moved up the leadership ladder quickly. It seems only natural that I seek the PMN designation. The information that is shared in the PMN classes has great value for those that wish to lead. When I have a referral to send out of my market area, I look for Women’s Council PMN first, then I search agents that have other designations that I hold to ensure that my client will be in good hands. In 2014, I received $2.1 million in referrals from Women’s Council members.” Wanda Linscott, PMN RE/MAX Premier Properties II, Kissimmee, FL
“I earned my PMN because I wanted everything Women's Council had to offer! I learn so much from the Council that makes me a better REALTOR®, a better leader and a better mentor. This is just one facet of the multitude of benefits I have received from my membership.” Sherri Souza, PMN Independent Women Brokers, Livermore, CA - 2017 National President
“I have been a member of the Council for nearly 9 years and have been attending National meetings for 6 years. I have enjoyed the leadership opportunities, the education and more importantly, the relationships that I have made within Women's Council. Earning the PMN designation was a natural progression for me and was made possible by the "power of relationships." My clients know that I have a network of professionals across the country that can help them and their families with their real estate needs.” Beth Fitzgerald, PMN Keller Williams, Coppell, TX
“If I join an organization I want to be all in. I can honestly say the opportunities I have had, the fabulous mentors I have met, the places I have traveled and the accumulated knowledge that has inspired my business are priceless gems received because of my Women's Council involvement. The PMN designation is the real icing on the cake - allowing me to rise to the top professionally and it is a proven source of more referrals!” Jan Jedlinsky, PMN Metro II Realty, Columbus, OH
