Dear Members and Friends of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Chicago,

As we step into 2026, my heart is full. It is an honor to serve as your President and to lead a network that pours so much passion, heart, and hustle into this industry and into each other.

This year, our theme is simple and very personal to me: Move with Intention, Lead with Impact.

Everything we do in 2026 will be rooted in three pillars:

Education

Creating opportunities that sharpen skills, grow businesses, and strengthen real estate professionals as leaders. My goal is that every event gives you something real that you can apply the very next day.

Collaboration

Bringing together REALTORS®, strategic partners, sponsors, and community leaders so we are not just networking. We are building real relationships. I believe in rooms where everyone has something to give and something to gain, where we support one another, and where our male allies feel welcomed and appreciated.

Impact

Making sure our work reaches beyond the room. That includes supporting our scholarship fund, elevating diverse voices, and serving the communities we care about in meaningful ways.

To our strategic partners and sponsors, thank you. Your support allows us to dream bigger and serve better. My commitment is that you will feel the value of your investment through connection, visibility, and opportunities to grow with our members.

To our members, I want to encourage you to plug in and show up. Say yes to that event. Raise your hand to serve. Join a committee. Mentor someone or ask for a mentor. This network is a place where real estate professionals can grow their businesses, find their circle, and step into the leader they are meant to be. When we stand together, there is nothing we cannot do.

I also want to recognize our 2026 Leadership Team. This group of strong, committed, and passionate leaders is ready to work, serve, and elevate our network. Their dedication sets the tone for the year ahead, and I am grateful to walk alongside them.
