As we step into this new year together, I’m filled with gratitude and excitement. Many of you know me—Mireya Bañuelos, as someone who leads with heart, collaboration, and a deep belief in the power of community. Serving as your 2026 President is a privilege, and I’m committed to building a meaningful legacy of connection, leadership, and growth.

Our mission is simple and powerful:
We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve. Here in Fox Valley, we live that mission with intention, warmth, and genuine support for one another.

My vision for this year is rooted in growth, unity, and value. I want this network to be a place where you feel welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated. A place where you can stretch beyond your comfort zone, join a committee, bring a friend, step into leadership, and trust that you’ll be supported every step of the way. This is your safe space to grow both personally and professionally.
