Tips for a Smooth Registration
- Book early: Reserve your room online as soon as registration opens to secure space at the Capital Hilton.
- Access the Women’s Council room block: You must pay the Women’s Council Midyear Meeting registration fee and select “Women’s Council” as your primary affiliation.
- Registration queue: Due to high demand, NAR will use a first-come, first-served registration queue to manage registration and housing. Click here to learn more.
Voting Delegates: As a reminder, if you are eligible to vote, you must be a current, paid, REALTOR® member registered for the “Women’s Council Meeting” conference with corresponding fees paid, as per Article X, Section 4 of the National Bylaws. See National Bylaws for voting eligibility. All voting delegates must have registered for the “Women’s Council Meeting” conference by June 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST in order to be eligible to vote. 2026 Local Network Presidents, National Governing Board*, and certified members-at-large will check-in for the election and must be physically present to vote.
*National Governing Board members consist of the current National Leadership team, Past National Presidents who remain REALTORS®, 2026 National Liaisons, 2026 Executive Committee members, 2026 State Presidents, and 2026 State Liaisons.

Conference Policies
Email Policy: By registering for a Women’s Council event, you are giving us permission to email you.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Submit a written request for a refund no later than May 27th to NARLegislative@maritz.com. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted on all refunds. No refund will be given after this date. Note: if the cancellation is for health reasons, you must submit a doctor’s note directly to the Council, events@wcr.org

Q: What is my M1 member ID number?
A: This is formerly known as your NRDS number. You will need to look up your M1 number to register.
Q: Where will the Women’s Council Midyear Meeting events be held?
A: All Women’s Council events will be held at the Capital Hilton.
Q: I am the voting delegate for our network and I am not able to attend the Elections. What form do I need to complete for an alternate to vote in my place? Note: This form must have been submitted by June 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Enjoy a lunch buffet while participating in guided conversations around business growth and leadership with fellow attendees. Seats are limited, so reserve your spot for meaningful connections and practical takeaways. (Bar will be available for individual purchases).

Regular Rate 5/14 – 6/4 $95

- Seating will be assigned on a best-available basis. If you wish to sit with a particular person(s), one person MUST purchase all tickets in one order. Individual seating requests will not be accepted. Tickets will be held under the person’s name who purchased the ticket(s).
