Description

Join the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Alameda County for Breaking Barriers: Amplifying Our Voices Together, a curated leadership conversation highlighting women who are shaping our communities through public service.

This program is designed as a featured speaker and panel conversation, offering deeper insight and dialogue than our traditional networking events.

This special gathering brings together professionals, community members, and industry partners for a thoughtful discussion with leaders whose work directly impacts the cities and communities we serve.

Our discussion will be focused on women in public service leadership and the important role their voices play in shaping policy, advocating for communities, and leading through complex challenges.

Our featured speakers include:

Melissa Hernandez
BART Board President | Congressional Candidate | Former Mayor of Dublin

The Honorable Ursula Jones Dickson

Alameda County District Attorney

The conversation will be moderated by Sophaline Mao, President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Alameda County.

Through a guided discussion, our speakers will share insights from their leadership journeys, discuss the realities of public service, and reflect on the importance of amplifying women’s voices in decision-making spaces.

Guests will enjoy lunch included with their ticket and the opportunity to participate in an engaging conversation with two leaders who have broken barriers in their respective fields.

Following the program, attendees are invited to stay for a networking reception, where guests can connect with one another and visit with our Event Sponsors and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Alameda County Strategic Partners who support our local network.

🍽 Lunch is included, and seating is intentionally limited to to create a welcoming environment for meaningful dialogue and connection.
