“Unmasking Authenticity”

Behind every mask is a story, a purpose, and an authentic connection.  Consumers are demanding more transparency, authenticity, and expertise and human connection in an increasingly digital world. The masquerade theme symbolizes removing the masks of old industry perceptions and revealing the true value REALTORS bring to their clients and communities.

For years, real estate professionals have worn many masks—salesperson, marketer, negotiator, therapist, community advocate, entrepreneur, technology adopter, and trusted advisor. As the industry continues to transform through AI, shifting commission structures, changing consumer expectations, and increased competition, agents are being called to unmask who they truly are.  This event celebrates the women behind the business: leaders, innovators, advocates, mothers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, mentors, and community builders.  The runway becomes a metaphor for stepping confidently into the future while embracing authenticity.

Through community engagement, our goal and focus is to partner with a local organization to raise money that helps local women succeed in securing jobs and highlight transitional clothing that can be repurposed (ie day to night); working professionals; affordable for the average professional; female fashion.
