The Broker Launchpad: Becoming the Boss (Part Two). This VIRTUAL class will be a virtual training, focusing on the continuum of completing the Operations Manual for one’s real estate business. This is a 3-hour continuing education course designed to elevate real estate professionals from foundational knowledge to effective brokerage leadership.

This session focuses on the critical components required to grow, lead, and sustain a successful brokerage. Participants will gain practical strategies for building a strong team, implementing structured compensation models, and maintaining compliance while scaling operations.

Led by Dr. Danette O’Neal, this course provides actionable insight into the leadership and operational systems necessary to transition from broker to business leader.
