“You Don’t Have to Marry AI. But You Should Date It”:

Welcome to AI Automation! In this practical session, real estate agents will learn how to use AI in ways that actually support their business without getting buried in tech, tools, or robot nonsense.

First, agents will learn a simple prompting framework that helps them get better results faster by giving AI clear goals, formats, warnings, and context.

Next, we’ll cover how to use AI responsibly with guardrails around accuracy, fair housing, privacy, copyright, and brand voice.
Then, we’ll break down which tools to use for what, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Descript, and CapCut,  for writing, marketing, graphics, video, follow-up, and everyday business tasks.

We’ll wrap with a look at where Agentic AI is heading and how to use Desktop Agents to create task flows for your business.
