Join us for an empowering Women’s History Month experience designed for entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and self-employed women who are ready to grow their wealth without compromising their wellness.

This dynamic event brings together two powerhouse voices who understand that true success is built from both financial strategy and strong, healthy relationships.

Stephanie Gutierrez, a distinguished REALTOR®, investor, podcast host, and ADU strategist with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry.

Licensed in both California and Florida, she brings deep expertise across diverse markets-from the beach cities of Los Angeles, Orange County, and Palm Springs to the coastal communities of South Florida including Miami and Hollywood.

Stephanie began her real estate journey in 2011 and was licensed in 2016. Her career has been defined by her pioneering focus on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), where she has helped over 40+ clients build and manage ADUs and consulted on hundreds of multifamily and investment strategies. She leads a team of real estate professionals specializing in ADU consulting, midterm rental management, and multifamily sales.

Having sold over 500 properties, Stephanie also hosts ADU Meetups in Southern California and is known for building educational, supportive spaces for professionals and homeowners. Her projects span residential, investment, and construction sectors-demonstrating her versatility in navigating zoning, financing, and design conversations with confidence.

Joining her is Dr. Michelle R. Hannah, a

best-selling author, Personal and Business Relationship Coach, international speaker, and inspirational speaker with expertise in relationships, personal development, and spiritual well-being. With two doctorates and diverse coaching experience, she is known for her compasionate and empathetic approach.

She is the author of the Self Vows series, The Breaking Point, The Vows, and her latest, Access Denied, Access Granted. Dr. Michelle is the founder of the Self Vows and Business Intimacy programs- transformational experiences designed to cultivate authentic, purpose-driven, and emotionally intelligent relationships. She has been featured on notable media platforms including FOX, CBS, Forbes, MSN, Yahoo Finance, El Television, and The Sisaundra Show, and is frequently shares insights on podcasts about relationships, wellness, and empowerment.

Together, they bridge the gap between financial growth and personal growth—showing that wealth isn’t just about assets, and wellness isn’t just about self-care. It’s about building a life, relationships, and a legacy that truly thrives.
