Women’s Council of REALTORS® California President’s Message:

Welcome to the Women’s Council of REALTORS of California.  We are hitting the ground running as 2026 leaders! This year holds promise for growth, skill building and networking both at the local and the state level.

First and foremost this year is the focus on our members.  Members, the local members, who have joined us and are committed to our mission and vision as a council.  The local members who are the life’s blood of our organization. Let us start here.  What value are we providing to these local members, what are we doing to support these local leaders?

I am excited to share our vision as a leadership team with you!  We have tasked our district vice presidents with providing some amazing presentations at our first meeting of the year in Monterey.  These presentations will empower our local leaders to lead and grow in their communities, their businesses and in their every day lives.  

We also have our very own California member and National President, Cheryl Keller who will be joining us.  She is excited to share with us the vision for our organization moving forward and how we as a state fit into that vision.  The power of YOU, this is what we will be tapping into.  President Cheryl is leading the way by sharing how we can expand our mission and our message locally and as a state.

This year, in alignment with the National Leadership goal of 26% growth in 2026, we are looking to increase membership by 26%.  This is a lofty goal, but it is achievable.  YOU our local network leaders have the power to engage, inspire and connect with members and encourage them to bring others with them.  We only need to see each network grow by 9 members to make this goal a reality!

So as we start holding events, lets remember to have those membership moments, lets share OUR why, let’s tell OUR story and share the wonderful benefits WE enjoy, with everyone we meet.  This council really is where leaders are made and we are all proof.  Thank you for the work you do every day, thank you for your support and thank you for being YOU!
