Hello, Women’s Council Family!

As President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Flagler County Network, the Leadership team and I are beyond excited for 2025! It’s an honor to step into this role, and we are ready to make this year one of growth, collaboration, and serious fun (because real estate is always an adventure). Together, we’ll empower each other, elevate business standards, and inspire leadership across the industry and beyond.

My journey—from serving in the Marine Corps to law enforcement, firefighting, and now real estate—has taught me that success happens when we show up for each other, lead with kindness, and always keep growing. That’s what our network is all about—building relationships, sharpening our skills, and creating opportunities to thrive while advancing women as business leaders and strengthening our communities.

This year let’s focus on being intentional: building relationships, pursuing growth, and making every moment count. Whether it’s through networking events, classes, or coffee with someone new, let’s show up with purpose and passion. With our core pillars—Education, Networking, Leadership, and Referrals—as our foundation, we’ll continue offering workshops, events, and family-friendly activities to make real estate rewarding and fun while championing diversity and inclusivity.
