Hello & Welcome to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Livingston Network!

I am Karen Nouhan, and I am truly honored to serve as your 2026 Local Network President. With 40 years of active experience in the real estate industry, I have seen our industry shift and our profession evolve, but one thing has always remained constant: the vital importance of strong, principled leadership.

As the Independent Broker at Treo Realty and a Recruiter for Wentworth Real Estate Group, I spend my daily life identifying talent and nurturing professional growth. My mission for 2026 is to bring that same focus to our Network. I am deeply committed to our mission of “Leaders Made Here,” ensuring that every member—from those just starting their journey to our most seasoned pros—feels seen, supported, and strengthened.

We are incredibly blessed to have the “best of the best” supporting us. Our 2026 Board of Directors is a powerhouse team of professionals generously investing their time to serve you. Together with our dedicated Members and National Affiliates, we are building a platform where we can grow our businesses, deepen our relationships, and lift one another higher.
