A Message from the President

It is truly an honor to serve as the 2026 President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® Las Vegas. Before we talk about where we are going, I want to acknowledge where we have been. This network has been built by strong, committed leaders who gave their time, their talent, and their heart to this organization. Because of them, we have momentum. Because of them, we have credibility. Because of them, we have a seat at the table in our industry. The relationships, the growth, the energy, that didn’t happen overnight. It happened because leaders before us chose to step up and serve.

Now, it is our turn. As we transition from “Vibe with the Tribe” into a new chapter, our focus becomes even more intentional: Lift As You Climb. This theme honors our past while calling us higher. It reminds us that leadership is not just about achievement, it’s about responsibility. It’s about reaching back for the next woman stepping into leadership. It’s about mentorship, collaboration, and creating sustainable growth within our network.

This year, we are strengthening our foundation. Foundational leadership means clarity in structure, accountability in execution, and consistency in how we show up for one another. When the foundation is strong, the climb becomes possible for everyone. Everything we do will align with the Tee Guarantee:

Our national message, “Leaders Made Here,” has always been true. Leaders have been made here. And they will continue to be made here — because we are committed to lifting one another as we rise. Women’s Council of REALTORS® Las Vegas is more than a network. It is a leadership incubator. It is a place where confidence is built, voices are strengthened, and opportunities are created.
