It is truly an honor to welcome you to 2026 with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Southern NJ Regional Network. As we step into a new year, we proudly align with the National Women’s Council theme, “The Power of YOU,” while shaping our regional focus around one intentional goal: Developing YOU.

This theme is more than a message — it is a commitment. At the core of everything we do is the Women’s Council mission: to advance women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve. In 2026, Southern NJ is leaning fully into that mission by creating opportunities that develop leadership, strengthen our membership, and foster meaningful connections.
