As we begin the 2026 year, I am honored to serve as your Ohio State President. Our state line is united to help guide us back to the foundation that has always made the Women’s Council of Realtors Ohio strong: our mission. We are a network of successful REALTORS®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve. This year, we will renew our focus on the fundamentals—leadership development, relationship building, and professional growth—ensuring everything we do aligns with who we are at our core.

Our greatest strength has always been our local networks, where meaningful connections, education, and leadership opportunities truly come to life. In 2026, we will support our networks by providing the collaboration and guidance they need to thrive!  We plan to encourage every member to engage, participate, and lead. By returning to basics and focusing our efforts on mission-driven work, we can ensure that each network remains vibrant, sustainable, and impactful within its community.

Together, we will reaffirm what makes Women’s Council exceptional: a supportive, high-achieving community where REALTORS® lift one another up and grow together. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and excited for the work ahead as we strengthen our networks, honor our mission, and shape a successful year for all!
