Women's Council is truly a unique and elite group of agents and top producers in the real estate industry. Each month we connect with eachother as mentors, friends, colleagues and family. Women’s Council is a place where we can all come together, leave our brokerages at the door and work together to raise the bar in our industry and grow with like minded agents and affiliates.

My goal for 2019 is to see Women’s Council thrive through inclusiveness, collaboration and ENERGY! We all learned a lot in 2018 about what works and doesn’t work for our members. In 2019 we will deliver relevant, unique and regularly scheduled content to engage new Realtor members and retain our current membership. Also in 2019, we will travel to various locations around town to explore pockets of our city we may not all be as familiar with. By doing so we hope to see faces that may not always find our locations convenient as we look to expand our impact and relevance to our membership.

I have also recruited new faces into our leadership team and committees to help spread the word about the new things Women’s Council is doing. Your 2019 leadership team is filled with talented leaders from various areas of our industry and we are so lucky to have their knowledge, skills and connections on our side! This team has already been hard at work planning, organizing and grinding for 2019. The hours spent at work on Women’s Council planning also equates to time away from families and their business and I am so grateful to them for their commitment to our organization.

As we move through this year we will be looking to recruit and promote future leaders so that The Council can prosper for many years to come. I will be focused on developing and identifying those leaders so if you have an interest please reach out to me personally and we will make sure that you are set up for future success within our organization. I will put my all into leaving this organization energized and thriving and am excited about the team we have built and the energy we have attraced. I am proud to be a member of the Women's Council, I am proud to have you all as members of our tribe and I am PROUD To serve as your 2019 President.
