As I step into the role of 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Great Smoky Mountains, I am both honored and energized by the opportunity to serve this incredible network of professionals. Our Network has long been a place where relationships are built with intention, leadership is cultivated with purpose, and success is shared.

This year, our focus is clear: to build leaders, strengthen our communities, and create a powerful network of learning. We believe leadership is not defined by title alone, but by action, by showing up, leaning in, and lifting others as we grow. Through intentional programming, mentorship, and collaboration, we will continue to develop confident, capable leaders who are prepared to make an impact both within our industry and beyond it.

Community remains at the heart of everything we do. As REALTORS®, we are uniquely positioned to serve as advocates, connectors, and change-makers in the places we live and work. In 2026, we will deepen our commitment to supporting our local communities through meaningful outreach, partnerships, and service that reflect our shared values.

Equally important is our commitment to learning. In an ever-evolving industry, knowledge is power, and when we learn together, we grow stronger together. Our Network will continue to foster an environment where education is accessible, conversations are open, and members feel supported in expanding their skills, perspectives, and professional confidence.
