Stepping into the role of 2026 Local President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Fort Worth Network feels a lot like stepping onto familiar Texas soil—steady, strong, and full of promise. I was born right here in Texas, raised with grit, grace, and the kind of heart that believes every season of life prepares you for the next. I’m a proud mom of two, a Momo of four beautiful grandkids, and someone who knows that family roots run deep… just like the roots of this incredible network.

My Women’s Council journey kicked off in early 2023, and what began as simple curiosity turned into something far bigger—a calling. I found a sisterhood that leads boldly, supports fiercely, and isn’t afraid to lace up their boots to get the work done. This organization taught me that leadership isn’t polished perfection; it’s grit holding hands with grace, truth standing tall beside unity, and women lifting each other higher than they ever could alone.

As we step into 2026 together, my vision is as clear as a sunrise over Fort Worth: We will lead with courage. We will grow with intention. And we will stay rooted in the values that make us who we are.

This year, I want our network to:

• Show up with collaboration and heart—where every voice matters and every idea has a place.
• Build leaders at every level—because Women’s Council doesn’t just shape REALTORS®, it shapes women of influence.
• Create safe spaces to learn, stretch, and shine—where honesty and support walk side by side.
• Celebrate our partners—keeping them close, appreciated, and connected in meaningful ways.
• Keep our community strong—because our network is more than meetings… it’s a family.

We’ll carry forward the work from the projects, goals, and groundwork we’ve already set into motion. We’ll honor our history while building a future that’s bold, bright, and uniquely Fort Worth.

My personal goal this year is simple and true: to inspire, to connect, and to guide us from success to true significance—together.
