Hello, My name is Lori Hughes, the 2023 Seattle Metro President-Elect.

I am so excited and honored to be a part of such a strong Leadership Network.

And as members of the Women's Council of REALTORS^®, we are part of a powerful force of women who are making a difference in the industry and our communities. We are proud to have leaders made here and to continue shaping the industry’s future.

Our new slogan for 2023, 'Rising Together,' represents the limitless potential we have when we come together and support one another. By lifting each other up, we can reach new heights and accomplish great things.

So let's embrace this new year with open hearts and a fierce determination to succeed. Let's continue to be a driving force for change, not just in the industry but the world. And let's always remember that by rising together, there is no limit to what we can achieve and no limit to the leaders we can create.

I joined Seattle Metro Network in 2021. I wanted to learn more about being the best REALTOR I could be and learn from some of the best. I have learned how much I did not know. I gained friends and colleagues that have helped me professionally and personally, and I’m learning every day to step out of my comfort zone.

In addition, the Seattle Metro network works together to enhance the community locally. Our leadership board and members are involved in our neighborhoods through several organizations we support with our time and donations.

This year, our Network is looking to expand our influence and make an even more significant positive impact on our industry and communities. To do that, we need your support. Thank you for reviewing our Strategic Partnership opportunities and helping us to meet our goals.
