Women’s Council of Realtors, Central Missouri

Dear Members,

As President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Central Missouri, it’s a privilege to serve such a dynamic network of real estate professionals spanning from the Lake of the Ozarks to Clinton and beyond. Our council is built on shared goals, robust resources, and the support of five MLS boards—Central Missouri, West Central, Jefferson City, Lake of the Ozarks, and Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors. This expansive reach allows us to provide our members with unparalleled opportunities, insights, and connections across a vast and diverse region.

Our long-term vision aligns with these principles and goals:

Educational Excellence for REALTORS®: As the go-to resource for REALTOR® entrepreneurs, we strive to offer quality education and business tools that benefit professionals at every stage of their career. From interactive workshops to mentorship, we’re here to inspire growth, professional development, and excellence.

Our leadership development initiatives encourage REALTORS® to advocate for the broader community, shaping both the industry and the places we serve.

  6. Creating a High-Value, Welcoming Network: With a commitment to inclusivity and professionalism, we provide a collaborative environment where REALTORS® from diverse backgrounds can achieve their goals and find support.
  7. A Strong Future for Our Council: Through strategic planning, we’re building the resources and infrastructure needed to sustain our mission and expand our impact. As we look to the future, we have a growth goal to reach over 200 members by the end of 2025. To make this vision a reality, each of us plays a crucial role in making every day count.
