Dear Women’s Council Family,

As we step into 2026, I am honored to serve as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Flagler County. It is a privilege to lead a network of professionals who are committed to excellence, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact within our industry and our community.

This year’s theme, Leading with Purpose, is deeply personal and intentional. For me, leadership is not positional—it is relational. It is shown through purposeful interactions, thoughtful strategy, and a genuine desire to be helpful, accessible, and supportive. Whether working with our members or our strategic partners locally, across the state, or nationally, my goal is to lead in a way that creates value and opens doors for others.

Leading with purpose means helping others grow—professionally in their businesses, personally in their confidence, and collectively as a network. It means being strategic while remaining service-driven, and always keeping people at the center of the work we do.
