Pensacola Bay Area
I am deeply honored and genuinely excited to serve as your 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Pensacola Bay Area. Stepping into this role is both a privilege and a promise, a promise to uphold the rich history of this network while leading us into an era of stronger connection, smarter systems, and greater opportunity for every member and strategic partner.
My path to this presidency is a little different, shaped by two worlds that have given me unique perspective: the world of real estate and the world of entrepreneurship through junk removal.
Owning a junk removal business has shown me just how essential great partners are to a REALTOR®’s success. I’ve worked side-by-side with agents who needed fast support, trustworthy service, and reliable communication to get their listings market-ready and their clients taken care of. I’ve seen how the right partners can make or break a transaction, and how stronger partnerships create smoother closings, bigger opportunities, and better client experiences.
As a real estate agent, I’ve also learned firsthand how vital your network is, not just for business growth, but for confidence, leadership, collaboration, and longevity in this industry. In Women’s Council, your network becomes your superpower. You gain access to people who want to see you win, to leaders who pour into you, and to partners who help you build the business — and the life — you’re striving for.
In 2026, my goal is clear: to help our network grow in a way that elevates both our members and our partners — together.
We will honor the legacy of those who paved the way before us, the leaders whose passion and service built the foundation we stand on today. Their work made this network strong, resilient, and respected within our community. We carry that forward with pride.
At the same time, we are stepping boldly into a more modern, more efficient, more connected era. Our industry is changing — and our network must evolve with it. This year, we will embrace tools and technology that help us communicate better, stay engaged, and operate with the clarity and efficiency today’s professionals need. Whether it’s digital systems, streamlined processes, or smarter ways to collaborate, we are committed to helping every member be more informed, more supported, and more invested in our collective success.
Most importantly, we will continue to build a network grounded in relationships — real relationships — where camaraderie, integrity, and mutual support remain at the heart of everything we do. Just as past leaders have done, we will create spaces where egos are set aside, knowledge is shared freely, and every member is encouraged to grow into the leader they aspire to be.
To our members, our partners, and our future friends of Women’s Council:
I invite you to be fully engaged with us this year. Attend the events. Build the connections. Say yes to opportunities that stretch you. Lean into this community — because when you do, it changes your business and your confidence forever.
Thank you for trusting me with this role. Together, we will continue the legacy, strengthen our impact, and move boldly into a future where every member and partner thrives.
