Dear Boise Metro Women’s Council Community,

Stepping into this role is one of the greatest honors of my career and my heart. Leading this network isn’t about titles or spotlight, it’s about honoring the incredible women who built this community long before me and creating space for those who will rise after us.

I am standing here today because of so many of you. Women who pushed me, supported me, inspired me, told me the truth when I needed it, and reminded me of who I am when I forgot. This role, this network, these members… it has shaped me more than you know. And I carry that gratitude with me into everything I do.

As we head into a new year, my focus is simple:

connection, courage, and community.

I want our network to feel like a place where every person belongs, where your voice matters, your story matters, and your growth is not only supported but celebrated. A place where we learn boldly, lead authentically, and lift one another higher than we could ever climb alone.

The legacy of the Women’s Council is strong, and I feel deeply responsible for carrying it forward with intention. My hope is that the year ahead brings new opportunities, deeper relationships, meaningful education, and a renewed sense of purpose for all of us. I want you to feel proud to be here. I want you to feel seen. And I want you to feel the momentum of this moment, because something special is happening in Boise, and we get to build it together.
