The board for the Women’s Council of Realtors Southeast Idaho is absolutely thrilled to welcome each of you to the Women’s Council of Realtors! Your passion, dedication, and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and make a positive impact on our local real estate community.

We believe that together, we can achieve great things. Your unique perspectives and experiences will undoubtedly bring new ideas and innovative approaches to our organization. We are confident that your contributions will help us expand our reach and serve even more women and men in real estate throughout Southeast Idaho.

One of our primary goals this year is to extend the Women’s Council of Realtors to other areas in our region, such as Pocatello, Blackfoot, and beyond. By doing so, we can provide more opportunities for women and men to connect, learn, and grow professionally.

As we embark on this new year, we’re excited to share our theme: Empow(h)er. Our goal is to empower women and men in the real estate industry and elevate them to leadership positions.

We want to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas, seeking guidance, and celebrating their achievements. Please know that the Board is here to listen, support, and inspire you.

Together, we will:

• Foster a culture of mentorship: Encourage experienced members to share their knowledge and support the growth of others.
• Champion diversity and inclusion: Promote an environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their background.
• Advocate for leadership opportunities: Identify and support women and men who have the potential to take on leadership roles.
• Celebrate our successes: Recognize and reward the accomplishments of our members, both individually and as a team.
