Dear Women’s Council Family!

I am truly honored to step into the role of President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Washington State. My heart is full as we begin this new year together – a year rooted in growth, connection, and leadership shaped by purpose and kindness.

My hope is that every woman in real estate feels seen, valued, and embraced within our community. This year, we will continue to nurture leaders at every stage – supporting one another, celebrating wins both big and small, and choosing kindness as the heartbeat of all we do. Through our programs, education, collaborations, and shared stories, we’ll create meaningful opportunities for both personal and professional growth!

At our core, we are a network that lifts each other up. We champion one another boldly, walk together through challenges, and stay grounded in the belief that our work is bigger than real estate – it’s about building confidence, shaping futures, and empowering women across our industry to lead with strength and heart.

We have an incredible year ahead – energizing events, intentional opportunities to connect, and a renewed commitment to making every member feel welcomed, supported, and inspired. Together, we will create a community that thrives on purpose, kindness, and limitless possibility!
