The 3% commission in Section 7a will be off set by the Seller’s offer of compensation to the Buyer Agent. If the Seller’s compensation offer is less than 3%, the percentage not covered by the Seller will be negotiated with the Buyer. An Addendum for the 204amount of commission received and offered by the Seller will be presented and signed for every offer on any property of interest. The Buyer is only responsible for commission negotiated in writing with the Buyer’s Agent.
Exclusive 1 property agreement
This agreement is for the showing of 21905 S Bryant Ave, Purcell, OK 73080. If the buyer chooses to purchase this home within 90 days of the showing, Amber Coble shall receive a commission from the showing. The 3% commission in Section 7a will be offset by the Seller’s offer of compensation to the Buyer Agent. If the Seller’s compensation offer is less than 3%, the percentage not covered by the Seller will not be made up by the Buyer unless the compensation is 0%. An Addendum for the amount of commission received and offered by the Seller will be presented and signed for every offer on any property of interest.
