Amber Dulay, also known as The Bourbon Agent, is a Licensed Realtor at The Gandolfo Team at Clark Real Estate in Reno, Nevada as well as the Brand Manager of Nevada’s very own, Two Bitch Bourbon, where her local expertise and passion for real estate and exquisite bourbon shine. She finds joy in creating exciting ways to combine the two realms such as her Instagram video series, cleverly named Tipsy Tours, where she showcases homes for sale, teaches how to make delicious Two Bitch Bourbon cocktails and educates soon-to-be homeowners and/or investors on all things real estate all while sprinkling in her infectious wit. Born and raised in the Reno/Sparks area, Amber’s deep connection to the community is evident in her extensive knowledge of the region. She bought her first home at just 20 years old, igniting her enthusiasm for real estate.

With nearly five years of experience, Amber has served a wide range of clients, handling properties all across Northern Nevada. Her background in her family’s local business starting at the age of 16 instilled in her a strong work ethic and a client-first approach.

Amber is a professional problem solver and thrives in situations where most others would concede. Her primary goal is to alleviate the stress of buying or selling property and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for her clients. She achieves this by being a reliable resource, efficiently resolving any issues and treating her clients as if they were family.
