About Me

Ariana is a proud Corpus Christi native with deep roots in the Coastal Bend the local real estate scene. Officially a licensed Realtor for over five years, her journey in real estate began much earlier—growing up around her grandfather’s office and eventually working alongside him during high school and college. That early exposure sparked a lifelong passion, culminating in the launch of Paradise Real Estate in 2020, a family-run brokerage she co-founded with her grandfather. Today, the business continues to thrive with her sister and cousin as part of the team.

A graduate of Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, she earned her degree magna cum laude in 2023. She is also a proud graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and currently serves on the board of the North Beach Community Association, demonstrating her deep commitment to the growth and well-being of her hometown.

In addition to serving clients, she is also a real estate investor, giving her a sharp edge in understanding the local market from all angles. Known for her insider knowledge of Corpus Christi’s latest hot spots—from restaurants and events to local activities—she brings a vibrant, informed perspective to every transaction.
