About Me

Hi, I’m Ashley Babbitt, Marketing Representative with Shoreline Title. I spent over five years as a licensed real estate agent before moving into title, so I know this business from every angle. Now, I get to do what I love most — help agents grow their business with creative marketing strategies, hands-on training, and tools that make their lives easier.

I’m proud to be part of the Women’s Council of Realtors because I believe in the power of connection and community. You’ll usually find me teaching classes, hosting events, or out in the field meeting with agents to brainstorm ways to win more business.

Outside of work, I’m a country-dancing, chicken-loving, busy mom of five. I’m also passionate about giving back, whether that’s volunteering locally or supporting causes close to my heart. My goal is simple — to be a resource, a cheerleader, and a partner in your success… and to have a little fun while we’re at it.
