About Me

Barbara’s career began in Human Resources and helped her develop strong people skills, strategic thinking and expert negotiation abilities which transferred into her real estate business. Understanding what people need and problem solving have always been at the heart of what she does. Her background has equipped her with a deep understanding of client needs, effective communication, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. Now as a dedicated Realtor, she is passionate about helping her clients find the right home and provides a smooth and informed buying and selling experience. Barbara specializes in working with seniors and clients in the luxury market. Whether you are relocating, downsizing, or looking for your next home, she is here to guide you every step of the way with honesty, care and a personal touch!
Barbara feels that education and knowledge are an important piece in helping her clients navigate through the real estate process. She has her certificate as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has completed the Accredited Buyers Representative and Luxury Home Market Specialist courses while working on finalizing the requirements for these designations. She will also complete the Graduate Realtor Institute courses/ and obtain her designation in October of 2025.
Barbara is a member of the local Women’s Council of Realtors and will serve as their Event Director in 2026. She is passionate about helping animals and helps local rescuers with finding good adoptive homes for them. Barbara moved to SWFL permanently 5 years ago and she visited often with her parents who lived here for 22 years prior. She lives with her husband, mom and two maltese babies. She enjoys golf, Pilates and spending time with her family and friends when she is not helping her clients!
