She has been active in real estate since 1997, earned her broker's license in 2004, and co-founded her own firm—originally Scout Realtor Group in 2019 with her husband, Derek English—which has since become The Agency Chattanooga.She is deeply dedicated to community service and civic improvement in her hometown.
