For Becky Smith of Agent Group Realty, real estate is more than a career—it has been a journey of learning, service, relationships, and leadership spanning more than 25 years.

Becky has been part of the world of real estate since 2000, building a career rooted in
experience, compliance, and a deep understanding of the many moving parts behind a
successful real estate transaction. From the beginning of her career, she worked closely with the Broker-in-Charge at each company she served, gaining invaluable knowledge and firsthand insight into brokerage operations, agent support, transaction management, and the importance of maintaining the highest professional standards.

Compliance has been an integral part of Becky’s real estate career since the very beginning. Over the years, she has developed extensive experience reviewing
transaction files, understanding documentation requirements, supporting agents, and
helping ensure that transactions are handled accurately, professionally, and in
accordance with brokerage policies and industry standards.

After years of working behind the scenes in the real estate industry and developing a strong foundation in compliance and brokerage operations, Becky took the next step in her professional journey and became a licensed real estate agent in August 2016.
Becoming licensed allowed her to combine the extensive knowledge she had gained since entering the industry in 2000 with firsthand experience serving clients and
navigating real estate transactions as an agent.

Throughout her career, Becky has had the privilege of learning from some of the best professionals in the real estate industry. Those experiences helped shape her
approach to leadership today—one built on integrity, accountability, professionalism,
and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

On July 1, 2026, Becky stepped into the role of Broker-in-Charge of Agent Group Realty of all of South Carolina and Associate Broker of Georgia in addition to being the Operations Manager for the entire company. She brings decades of real estate knowledge and compliance experience to her leadership position. She understands that great agents deserve a brokerage that respects their professionalism, supports their business, and provides
clear expectations and dependable leadership.

As Broker-in-Charge, Becky is committed to creating an environment where
professional real estate agents can grow their businesses while knowing they have
experienced leadership and support behind them. Agent Group Realty is always looking for professional, motivated, and ethical real estate agents who value independence, professionalism, and the opportunity to build a successful business within a 100% commission company.

Becky believes leadership is not simply about holding a title—it is about being available, setting clear expectations, sharing knowledge, supporting others, and leading with

Faith and Family...

At the heart of Becky’s life are her Christian faith and her family. Her faith guides the way she strives to live, lead, and serve others, both personally and professionally. She
believes in treating people with honesty, kindness, respect, and integrity.

On May 13, 1995, Becky married the love of her life. Together, they have built a life centered around faith, family, and the people they love most. They are the proud
parents of two adult children and grandparents to one grandson, who brings immeasurable joy to their lives.

For Becky, family means everything. The values that are most important in her personal
life—faith, loyalty, honesty, hard work, and caring for others—are the same values she brings to her role as a real estate professional and Broker-in-Charge.

With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, a strong foundation in compliance, and years spent learning alongside respected leaders in the business, Becky brings a unique combination of knowledge, experience,
compassion, and leadership to Agent Group Realty.

Her goal is simple: to lead with integrity, support professional agents, protect the standards of the brokerage, and help create an environment where people are
treated with respect and given the opportunity to succeed.
