About Me

Brecken Michelle Terry is a REALTOR® with Howard Hanna Real Estate Executives in Greater Lansing, MI, proudly serving the community with a relationship-first approach to real estate. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Brecken is known for her dedication, communication, and heart for helping clients find not just a house, but a place to call home.

Brecken currently serves on the Women’s Council of Realtors Lansing Network board, where she is passionate about leadership development, collaboration, and elevating the experience for both members and the community. She has been an active WCR member for over two years, a board member for much of that time, and is committed to fostering connection, education, and professional growth within the network.

A Michigan native who spent eight years living in Maui, Brecken blends Midwest values with aloha-style hospitality. She is deeply involved locally, serving on the Community Enhancement Committee at GLAR and co-creating charitable initiatives, including an annual cornhole fundraiser benefiting the Holt Food Bank and Canines for Change.

Whether she’s serving clients, supporting fellow agents, or volunteering, Brecken leads with integrity, compassion, and a genuine love for people...and believes real estate is about building community, one relationship at a time.
