With a real estate career spanning over two decades, Cara Fox brings extensive knowledge, leadership, and passion to every aspect of her work. Since beginning her real estate journey in 1999, she has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to her clients and colleagues alike.
Along with her husband, Ed Rapisarda, Cara is the Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Fox, a thriving brokerage where they mentor and support a team of 100 agents. She dedicates significant time to guiding her Realtors, fostering their professional growth, and helping them thrive in a dynamic industry.
Her dedication has also led her to serve in key leadership roles, including President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Solano County, in 2022 and President of the Northern Solano County Association of REALTORS® (NSCAR) in 2023. In these positions, she championed education, collaboration, and advocacy, inspiring others to achieve their highest potential in real estate and leadership.
Throughout her career, Cara has remained deeply committed to mentoring fellow REALTORS®, strengthening community relationships, and elevating industry standards.
