About Me

Carmen is known as a reference for the real estate industry in Puerto Rico (PR). She has been an active member for various local and state associations. Besides being a member of the national Women's Council, she is a CIPS® designee and holds various others as a member of the National Association of Realtors®, including GRI® (Graduate Realtor® Institute), ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative). At the national association level, she is a certified instructor for AHWD certification (which she holds certification) and locally she serves as Director of the Board of Trustees for the Realtors Institute of Education. She has been involved with the legislative and RPAC committees and is a Major Investor. After her succesful tenure as the first female President for the local PR chapter of NAHREP® (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Association), she was invited to join the national Advisory Board and is the Co-Chair for the Southeast Region.
