About Me

Cheri Spinazzola has been in real estate for 33 years.  She owned her own real estate firm as well as working in commercial real estate in Tennessee and Florida for more than 20 years.  Cheri was General Manager of Opry Mills Mall for 5 years as well.
Cheri holds the Tennessee Broker Real Estate License, PMN, AHWD, ABR, C2EX, CLE, Certified Property Manager® designation in 1998 through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the designation of Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.  
Cheri Spinazzola was 2021 TN State President of Women’s Council of REALTORS and was the 2017 President of the Knoxville Women’s Council of REALTORS.  She completed the National Women’s Council Leadership Academy in 2020 and the Knoxville Association of Realtors Leadership program in 2018.
Cheri is also the singer of a rock band and performs often, which is why she is called the ROCKIN REALTOR!!
