About Me

Cheryl Keller is a distinguished real estate professional and transformational leader who has proudly served the industry since 2000. As the 2026 National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Cheryl is widely recognized for her heart-centered leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to elevating women across the real estate profession. She credits the Women’s Council, an organization she joined in 2006 with shaping her personal and professional growth and inspiring her lifelong dedication to developing future leaders.

With 25 years of industry experience, Cheryl founded Brick Lane Real Estate, a boutique brokerage serving Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado counties. Her deep community roots, integrity, and exceptional client care have established her as a trusted, top-producing REALTOR® and respected voice throughout the region.

Cheryl’s leadership extends far beyond her brokerage. She served as President of the Placer County Association of REALTORS® in 2021 and Foundation President in 2022. In 2023, she developed and launched the Placer County Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and has since chaired the Leadership Development Committee while leading the Academy’s continued growth. Cheryl also serves her community through the Rocklin Chamber of Commerce, where she was Treasurer in 2024 and is a Board Member in 2025.

At the state and national levels, Cheryl is deeply engaged in industry leadership. She is both a California Association of REALTORS® Director and a National Association of REALTORS® Director, proudly representing her region and advocating for members our consumer and the industry. She completed a three-year appointment on C.A.R.’s Real Estate Business Services (REBS) governance group in 2025 and continues to serve on C.A.R.’s Strategic Planning and Finance Committee, contributing to the financial strength and long-term vision of the association.

Within the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Cheryl has created a meaningful and enduring legacy. She served as the 2018 California State President, was honored as California Member of the Year in 2020 and received her local association’s Member of the Year Award in 2022. Cheryl also served for many years at the national executive level, including multiple terms on the Executive Committee, where she helped shape the Council’s strategic initiatives, governance, and leadership development. She served as a Network 360 Instructor for more than six years, teaching and inspiring hundreds of leaders nationwide. Cheryl is also the proud creator of the Council’s iconic leadership mantra, “Leaders Made Here,” introduced in 2017 and now woven into the culture and development of leaders across the country.

With a passion for empowering others, lifting those around her, and opening doors for future leaders, Cheryl continues to champion leadership, professionalism, and purpose-driven impact across the industry.
