About Me

Christina Smalls is the Chief Operating Officer for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, the state’s largest professional trade association. Over her 20 years at the association, she has served in the government affairs, risk management, and operations departments.
Christina works with the association’s CEO to ensure that the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Leadership team are fully informed as to the conditions and operations of the association and all the crucial factors influencing them. She also serves as the state association’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee staff liaison.
Over the past 4 years she has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Association Executive Committee (AEC); AEC Association Diversity Advisory Board, AEC DEI Workgroup, and the AEC Career Development Workgroup.
Christina has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and earned the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) professional designation from NAR which exemplifies goal-oriented association executives with drive, experience, and commitment to professional growth.
