About Me

Cindy Martin was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and spent her early childhood in Boise, Idaho, where she moved at the age of 8. Her mother, originally from Boise, met Cindy’s father while he was stationed at The Mountain Home Air Force Base.

Cindy’s career journey began at 14 when she started working in the candy department at Sears. She graduated from Boise High in 1976 and married her husband three months later. By the age of 19, they had bought their first home in Emmett, Idaho. In 1988, they relocated to Middleton, where they purchased their fourth home.

For 35 years, Cindy co-owned a pavement maintenance business, managing the office and handling bookkeeping responsibilities before retiring from the business. Additionally, she owned and operated a quilt shop for 16 years and has been actively involved in property management for the past 10 years. Real estate has always been a passion for Cindy, and she and her husband have built four custom homes together, working as personal general contractors.

Cindy is a proud mother of two sons, one of whom she serves as a primary care provider. She has two grandchildren and will celebrate 49 years of marriage in August 2025. Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy is an avid fan of sewing and handwork. She brings this passion with her to open houses, often seen with a project in hand, combining her love for creativity with her career.
