About Me

Cyndee Haydon, a successful Broker Associate in Tampa Bay, FL since 2005, has a Computer Science Business Degree from the University of Florida and previously worked at IBM in Lexington KY, Philadelphia and other locations.

With a unique blend of technology and heart, she redefines the industry, leveraging innovations like video testimondials in 2006 to ChatGPT in 2023 to enhance human communication, connection and client experience.

As the 2020 President of her mega association, the Pinellas Realtor Organization she initiated a collaboration on designation education with 14 other associations during COVID-19. She went on to become the Women's Council of Tampa Local Network President in 2022 and is the 2025 Florida Realtors Secretary.

Cyndee has advocated since 2012 for homeowners on insurance and in 2017 Chaired Florida's Insurance Think Tank and in 2023 she chaired NAR's Insurance Committee rolling out Risk Rating 2.0. She is the 2025 NAR Regulatory Issues Vice Chair. She's also spent 12 years serving on Stellar MLS committees and their Board of Directors serving over 80,000 Florida Realtor members.

Cyndee is a Hurricane survivor (Ian, Helene and Milton) and is a passionate volunteer for NAR's Realtor Relief Foundation (RFF) helping others with resiliency and recovery after national disasters.

She is from the Tampa Network and serves at the Women's Council of Realtors Florida 2025 LID Chair. Cyndee was awarded Women's Council Florida Member of the year in 2024 and received the Florida Realtors Associate Realtor of the Year for 2022 along with the Florida CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) of the Year for 2022 and the Florida Women's Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year for 2022. She is RPAC Hall of Fame, President's Circle Golden R member and was 2 time Women's Council of Florida RPAC Ambassador.

Cyndee inspired by her mother who was a teach she loves to lift others and pay it forward, as an international speaker, trainer and author of seven books.

She has lived and worked in Tampa Bay FL area since 1991 and serve the Clearwater - St Petersburg - Tampa area which includes 26 towns in Pinellas County alone (from Tierre Verde to Tarpon Springs Florida) so if you have clients looking on our Gulf Coast and she and her husband can help and make you the hero because we are focused on ensuring they have a great client experience where buying or selling.
