Hello my name is Cynthia Arenas. I was born in San Francsico, California. My parents are Peruvian. Later in life I moved to Miami, Florida where I lived for many years. I currently live in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have been a Real Estate Broker here on this beautiful island since 2015. I have been a REALTOR® since 2019. I have the AHWD, C2EX, and SRS designation and certifications. I was REALTOR® of the Year representing Puerto Rico in 2023. I am a RPAC Sterling R MI and serve on the RPAC MI council. I am also a RRF Ambassador. I am Membership Director and part of the founding Board of Directors for the Woman's Council of REALTORS® Greater Puerto Rico chapter. I am also very active in my local and state associations. I specialize in Residential Sale and Leasing as well as Relocation and REPO. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I love watching and playing sports. Basketball, Soccer, Beach Tennis, and Pickleball. I love the beach and music of all genres. I am a proud mom and my daughter means the world to me.
