Cynthia Harrell is a Maryland REALTOR® with NextHome Mims Realty Group who is passionate about empowering others through education, leadership, and homeownership.

As First Vice President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Baltimore, Cynthia actively works to support the organization’s mission of advancing women as business leaders in the real estate industry and the communities they serve. Her leadership also extends beyond real estate as a member of the Maryland Comptroller’s Financial Literacy Advisory Council and Co-Chair of the GBBR IDEA Committee, where she advocates for accessible financial education and inclusive opportunities in housing.

Through her work, Cynthia strives to connect financial literacy with pathways to homeownership so individuals and families can build stability, opportunity, and generational wealth.
