Cynthia Parker is a retired law enforcement officer whose career has always been rooted in public service, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Cynthia began her real estate journey as a member of The Stephanie Verderose Team, where she spent several successful years assisting buyers and sellers in navigating one of life’s most important decisions. Her background in law enforcement gave her a unique edge—strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
Recently, Cynthia stepped into a leadership role as Team Lead for Homestead Realty Professionals, powered by Fathom Realty. In this position, she combines her dedication to client care with her leadership experience, mentoring others while continuing to serve clients with the highest level of professionalism.
