Passionate about real estate and community engagement!

Debra E-Leon is a dedicated real estate leader and business developer with over 20 years of experience, proudly based in Arizona. As the National Director of Growth and Development, she empowers agents with innovative solutions that help them grow their businesses and secure every listing.

In addition to her role in real estate, Debra is the President of the Xan You Matter Foundation, advocating for mental health awareness, ending stigma, and providing education in communities. She is also honored to be the Treasurer for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the DEI State Chair for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®️ Arizona, where she actively supports initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Throughout her career, Debra has harnessed networking relationships to connect business needs with the communities she serves.

When she is not working, Debra cherishes time spent with her family and friends. She is passionate about personal development, travel, wine tasting, hiking, and singing. Debra believes that every day is a new opportunity to live life to the fullest, and one of her favorite quotes is, “She was unstoppable not because she did not have failures or doubts, but because she continued on despite them.”
