About Me

Fareeda Stokes is CEO and Founder of Harkes Realty & Associates, a full-service real estate brokerage, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The associates of the brokerage utilize their consulting, management, and teaching skills to help homebuyers realize their dream of becoming homeowners; sellers realize their maximum income potential; and investors increase their property portfolio (and income!). • Serves as a Mercer County Board of Taxation Commissioner
• Is a founding and active member of BFIRE (Black Females Investing in Real Estate) Enterprises
• Is a graduate of both the Rutgers School of Business’ Entrepreneurship Pioneer Institute and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program
• Serves as co-chair of Professional Standards, a Mediator, and member of the Manager's Forum committee for the MidJersey Association of Realtors. Also served on the Association's Board of Directors
• Is a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of NJ
• Past Housing Chair of the NAACP- Trenton Chapter
• Is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Fareeda graduated from the Lawrenceville School (Lawrenceville, NJ) and Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). She earned her Real Estate license in 2002 and her Broker’s license in 2010. Throughout her career, Fareeda has been a consistent top producer, receiving numerous Circle of Excellence Awards through the New Jersey Association of Realtors.

She currently resides in the Mercer County area with her husband. She and her husband Terrance are the proud parents of 4 adult children.
