About Me

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, I moved to Prince George’s County, MD several years ago to advance my career with a major telecommunications company. During the relocation process, I developed an interest in the real estate industry: as a result, I decided to become an agent. The years spent working for a major corporation allowed me to earn a B.S degree in Business Administration and a M.S in Human Resource Management – both from the University of Maryland University College. The knowledge gained during my studies, coupled with the experience attained in the workforce provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in my real estate business. From educating clients & customers about the entire home buying and selling process, to effectively negotiating contracts, to remaining up-to-date with industry trends – I offer an extensive range of real estate services. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry I earned quite a few certifications such as: a Housing Opportunity Certification (HOC) Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)and a New Home Co-Broker Certificate. I also hold an Endorsement for the National Association of Realtors' Commitment to Excellence. Although not directly related to real estate, I earned a Project Manager Certificate and the courses certainly helped me become very detail-oriented which is an essential skill in real estate transactions. Not only do I have a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals, my desire to assist others flows into the community. I proudly volunteer and support various community service activities. Currently I serve as the Co-Chair for the “Community Service Committee” formed at my brokerage and I serve on the PGCAR Community Service Committee. I view real estate transactions as a partnership – my role is to educate and guide clients and customers through the process as we share opinions and insights while collaborating for a successful outcome – achieving their real estate goal – whether it is home ownership, investing, renting or selling a home.
