About Me

Gladys Thayer is a bilingual Realtor and top producer with Remax Premier Properties in Central Florida since 2009 with a sales volume over $7M per year.
She specializes in residential real estate and international markets. Her designations and Certifications include Graduate Real Estate Institute, Certified Real Estate Professional, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, At Home w Diversity and Military Relocation Professional.

She is a Florida Realtors Director, a member of the Osceola Realtors Association and past Board Director, Chair of the Global Committee, Major Investor and past chair and member of the RPAC Committee. She is currently 2025 President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors Osceola County. She is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Professionals; the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and she is active in her community with various non-profit organizations as well as her church.
