About Me

I’m honored to serve as the Membership Committee Director for the Women's Council of Realtors, an organization that has played a meaningful role in my professional growth and leadership journey.

By trade, I’m a mortgage professional and the founder of Gretchen Guides You Home, where my mission is simple: to guide people through the loan process with clarity, trust, and heart. I work closely with first-time buyers, families, veterans, and retirees, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

In my role with Women’s Council, I’m deeply passionate about creating a welcoming, connected membership experience, one where women feel supported, educated, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally. I believe strong relationships are the foundation of success, and I’m committed to helping our members feel seen, valued, and empowered within this incredible community.

Women’s Council represents everything I value: leadership, collaboration, and lifting one another higher. I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to an organization that continues to shape strong leaders and lasting friendships in our industry.
