With almost three decades in the Title & Escrow industry, Heidi Dinsmore has built her career around one thing above all else — relationships.
Heidi began her Title & Escrow journey in 1997 as an Escrow Assistant, where she gained a strong foundation and understanding of the transaction process from behind the scenes. After three years, she transitioned into the Customer Service and Property Research side of the industry, where she spent 20+ years becoming a trusted resource for Real Estate Professionals throughout the Puget Sound area.
During that time, Heidi specialized in helping agents prepare, strategize, and stand out when competing for potential listings — providing property research, customized tools, and resources to help them earn the trust of homeowners. She also excelled at creating targeted farming strategies to help agents build relationships, stay consistent, and grow their future business pipelines.
For the past 5+ years, Heidi has brought that knowledge and experience into her role as a Sales/Title Representative, where her passion goes far beyond the transaction. She partners with Real Estate Professionals to problem solve, create meaningful connections, grow their business, and deliver an exceptional experience for their clients.
Known for her energy, responsiveness, and “I.GOT.YOU!” approach, Heidi believes her role is to be a true extension of an agent’s team — whether that means preparing for a listing appointment, brainstorming business strategies, connecting resources, or jumping into action when challenges arise.
A strong believer in giving back, industry involvement, and community, Heidi has been an active member of the South King County Women’s Council of REALTORS® network since 2016. Over the years, she has served on various event committees, supported membership growth through the Membership Committee, and proudly held the role of Ambassador — helping create connections and strengthen relationships throughout the real estate community.
Continuing her passion for service and making a positive impact, Heidi also became a member of the 100+ Women Who Care South King County Network in June 2025, joining alongside other women committed to supporting local nonprofits and strengthening the community.
Outside of work, Heidi is a proud newlywed wife of a U.S. Army Veteran, mom to Corey, and mom of 2 Rottweiler sisters (Lucy & Angel). She loves road trips, adventure, and finding ways to support the people and communities around her.
